Sun Moon Lake Cycling Routes is the 5th of Breathtaking Cycling Routes in the world. Cycle around the entire is 29 kilometers (18 miles). We chose to ride the leisurely 12-kilometer (7.5 miles), the most beautiful part of the route, from Shuishe Visit Center (水社遊客中心) to Crescent Bay (月牙灣).
The route is a truly pleasant and scenic experience.
We also experienced boat rides. There are three boat routes: from Shuishe Pier (水社碼頭) to Xuanguang Temple (玄光寺), from Xuanguang Temple to Ita Thao (伊達邵), and from Ita Thao to Shuishe Pier.
We really enjoyed the bike ride, boat rides, and the scenery of Sun Moon Lake today.
