Morning, we enjoyed the sunrise from our private beach. We saw the hotel owner’s dogs playing around the beach.
Around noon, we took a speedy boat back to Makung. In Makung, we rent a motorcycle again. Motorcycle is a basic transportation for locals.
After lunch, we went to Aimen Beach (隘門沙灘). Aimen Beach is formed of coral reef and shell fragments and micro organisms. Aimen Beach is lined up beside Lintou (林投) Beach and next to Lintou Park. The beach is so beautiful, even the dog can not resist to jump in the water and walk on the beach.
Around 3:30 in the afternoon, we rushed to Kuipi Hill Recreational Area (奎壁山地質公園). It was because the tide was low. When the tide is low, we can walk on the bottom of the sea to across. The period of tide is only about 4 hours. It was fun to walk and touch the bottom of the sea. Very interesting!
The Guanyin Pavilion(關音亭) is located in by the shore of Penghu Bay outside the north gate of Makung City. This is a fine spot to gaze at the ocean scenery and watch the setting sun.
Yes. The sunset was so beautiful! It was amazing!
