Luodong is an urban township in the central part of Yilan County, and it is the smallest township in Yilan County.
I took a bus to Luodong at 8:15 in the morning. I was only passenger on the bus. The weather was cloudy and raining.
Luodong market is very interesting. It still keep the traditional style, not like the super market. There were so many bikes and cars on the street and no side walk. Thus, we have to walk on the street togetger with bikes and cars.
Later, I came back to Taipei and went to National Taiwan University to meet my friend again.
When I walked thru the coco-nut palms and I saw a beautiful rainbow in front of the university main library. It was beautiful.
