Taiwan—Taipei 2016-10-20

It was a raining day and my plan was meeting my old neighbour and friend.  

My friend and I met in front of Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐)。Din Tai Fung was founded in Taipei in 1958 as a retail shop sold cooking oil. In 1972, it became a restaurant specializing in soup dumplings and noodles.  Currently, it has locations in the United States, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, China, and other Asia countries.  There are many different things on the menu.  As a vegetrian, basically I had only two choices.

In front of Din Tai Fung, you can always see many people are waiting to get in.
