Taiwan—Taipei 2016-10-21

My friend summoned me go with her for lunch.  We went to a very cute restaurant, and 99% of customers were women. They also sell Japanese plates, bowls, untensils, cups, tea pots, etc.

After lunch, we headed to Dihua street (迪化街).  Before we got Dihua Street, we walked by a street called Stithy Street (打鐵街).  The street has traditional repair and steal parts stores.

Dihua Street was constructed during the 1850s, when many commercial entities belonging to Quanzhou-originating owners moved in from the nearby village of Wanhua (萬華). The merchants in Dihua Street are selling products such as Chinese medicinal herbs, fabrics, incense materials, tea, and dry goods.
